1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SEPT's services, website, or any related products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SEPT Technologies. By registering an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2 Services We Provide

SEPT offers the following digital services:

SaaS platform development and infrastructure
Desktop application development
Technical consulting and ongoing support

All services are subject to availability and our internal capacity. We reserve the right to decline any project request at our sole discretion.

3 Account Registration

To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services.

4 Orders & Payment

When you place an order through our platform:

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by SEPT
We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order and discuss payment
Payment must be received before work begins on any project
Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice
Domain-related orders are facilitated by SEPT on your behalf through third-party registrars

⚠️ SEPT does not directly process credit card payments on this platform. All payment arrangements are handled manually via secure channels agreed upon with the client.

5 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a completed project:

You own 100% of the source code, design files, and assets we create specifically for you
SEPT retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
Third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools remain subject to their respective licenses
SEPT's brand, logo, and website content remain our exclusive property

6 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services to:

Build anything illegal, harmful, or fraudulent
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Distribute malware, spam, or any malicious content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Resell or redistribute our services without written permission

7 Limitation of Liability

SEPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we determine it is in the best interest of our platform and users.

9 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
