Refund Policy

Clear and fair refund terms for all our services.

1 Our Commitment

At SEPT, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. We stand behind our work and want every client to be fully satisfied. This policy outlines when and how refunds are handled.

3 Domain Registration

Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable once a domain has been registered, as these costs are passed directly to domain registrars. However:

  • If you cancel before we register the domain โ€” full refund within 3 business days
  • If the domain registration fails due to our error โ€” full refund
  • Once a domain is registered on your behalf โ€” no refund (domain is yours to keep)

โš ๏ธ Domain registration fees paid to third-party registrars cannot be refunded once the domain is live.

4 Custom Development Projects

For website, SaaS, and desktop app development projects:

  • Before work begins: 100% refund of any deposit paid
  • During development (0โ€“30% complete): 70% refund of amount paid
  • During development (30โ€“60% complete): 40% refund of amount paid
  • During development (60โ€“90% complete): 15% refund of amount paid
  • After project delivery and approval: No refund

Completion percentage is determined by SEPT based on milestones and documented progress shared with the client.

5 Monthly Plans & Subscriptions

For ongoing monthly service plans:

  • Cancel anytime โ€” no cancellation fees
  • Refunds are pro-rated for unused days in the current billing period
  • Previous months' charges are non-refundable

โœ“ You can cancel your plan at any time with no penalty. We believe in keeping clients because of our quality, not contracts.

6 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Project was delivered and approved by the client
  • Client changed their mind after work was completed
  • Delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing content, etc.)
  • Services consumed or activated (domains, hosting, licenses)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

7 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at sept20017@gmail.com with subject: "Refund Request"
  • Include your name, order details, and reason for refund
  • We will review and respond within 48 hours
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5โ€“10 business days
